LOUIS LEBLANC

Louis Leblanc is currently not only the Vice President of National Bank Canada but also Founder of Immigrant Investor Programme – a programme aims at sending investors from various countries in the world to Québec, the largest province in Canada.

He has been working and enhancing programme, with the support of a team of professional consultants, Louis has traveled to many places to serve clients and maintain strongly positive relationships with the delegates’ global network. 20 years since the first time introduced, Louis has helped about 7.000 immigrant investors’ families becoming Canadian citizen.

Louis graduated from McGill University in Economics major.
